Kids and family will be fishing on the 7/12/25 from 10am till 2pm along the marina wharf between Crazy Pumpkin and the city bridge.
Sunken Vessel off Bates Street
Horizons Regional Council and Civil Defence are aware of a small vessel that has sunk in the Whanganui River, near the intersection of Taupo Quay and Bates Street. The Coastguard has been notified and will be monitoring the situation.
